At Story Tails, we take pride in creating personalized audiobooks tailored to each customer's specifications. Due to the nature of our digital products, we have a strict returns and refund policy in accordance with UK, EU, and US consumer regulations.
No Returns Accepted
As all our products are digital and personalized, we do not accept returns.
Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund within 28 days of purchase, provided that the audiobook generation process has not started.
The audiobook generation process begins when the personalized survey is completed. Once this step is taken, refunds will be granted only at the discretion of Story Tails.
Discretionary Refunds
If an issue arises with the product due to technical faults or other valid concerns, we may consider issuing a refund or a replacement at our discretion.
Any refund requests made after the 28-day period will not be considered unless required by law.

United Kingdom & European Union: This policy aligns with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) and the EU Digital Content Directive, which state that consumers may waive their right to cancel once digital content is provided.
