Shipping policy

At Story Tails, we specialize in delivering high-quality, personalized audiobooks as digital products. Since our products are digitally delivered, there are no physical shipments. Below is our shipping policy for digital orders:

Digital Delivery

  • All Story Tails audiobooks are delivered electronically via email and/or a downloadable link after the personalization process is completed.

  • Customers will receive their audiobook in MP3 format, through Whats App and Email along with a private YouTube link (if applicable).

Delivery Timeframes

  • Once the personalized survey is completed, we typically deliver the audiobook within 5-15 minutes

  • Delivery times may vary depending on demand, but we aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

  • If there is a delay in delivery, customers will be notified via email.

Order Confirmation & Download

  • After completing a purchase, customers will receive an order confirmation email with details of their audiobook order.

  • A separate email will be sent with the download link once the audiobook is ready.

  • If an email is not received within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the spam folder or contact us at admin@story-tails.com.

Issues with Delivery

  • If there are any issues accessing the download link, customers should contact our support team for assistance.

  • If an incorrect email address was provided during checkout, we may require verification before resending the digital product.
